Why show your face and debate live? There's nothing special about that. Liars still lie and honest people are still honest. However, such live debates can be manipulated as explained in this video. This video also gives a real example of what happens when someone tries to debate live and others aren't actually interested in a real debate. But there were grown men acting like bratty children.
