Potatoes in Sour Cream Sauce 😍

Boil 500g of potatoes in their skins. Peel them and drizzle with a mixture of olive oil, salt, dried garlic, and Provençal herbs. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
For the sauce, finely chop fresh cucumber, a few olives, green onions, dill, some sun-dried tomatoes, and a few garlic cloves. Use sour cream or yogurt as the dressing.
Place the potatoes on top of the sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with some cheese (I used Parmesan).
