The NOT 2019 FIA WEC Total 6 Hours of Spa

An attempt to recreate the crazy 2019 FIA WEC 6 Hours of Spa where it snowed twice and had two extended safety car periods before ending in a red flag about ten or so minutes from allotted time.

We can't recreate the full weather extent in Project Cars 2 but the race starts with snow falling before an extended dry period before ending in the wet.

Classes are LMP1, LMP2, GT1 as "LMGTE Pro," and we're in LMGTE Am
