There is only one reason that Bella Ramsey was cast for the role of Ellie - because she is homely. Ellie is appealing to the guys who play the game, so the feminists in charge of production found a homely girl to play her. Nothing else matters them, and nothing else should matter to the guys who play the game. Its a matter of self respect.
