Did jesus fulfill the law and how?

In this video I dive into my theory on how Jesus managed to fulfill the law. The theory mainly uses the verse Romans 13:8 "love your neighbor as yourself". Could this be acomplished through Baptism? Does baptising a proselyte count into the church count as loving your neighbor as yourself?
