'Honey Don't!' film creator talks 'strong' lesbian character

Tricia Cooke, a screenwriter of detective comedy "Honey Don't!", told Reuters on Friday (May 23) of the desire to have a "strong queer woman" as the lead character in the film. Speaking on the sidelines of the Cannes film festival, Cooke said their lesbian character makes a change from the "hundreds of heterosexual detective movies."
