Post-Conditioning Lower Body Training

I began with 100x Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extensions in 5 sets of 20 to transition from abs to posterior chain

Next, for a primary leg movement i do Rear-Foot Elevated Split Squats. These were done at 10+ reps/set with a Kettlebell in the opposite hand of the working leg for loading

Then last, I did 5x sets of Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raises high-volume in the 20+ rep range for all sets
