Joe Biden's Staff Subpoenaed Over Autopen Use

And something that’s also been mentioned on your show so far is that when you sign a document with legal implications, it must be personally signed. It cannot be signed with an autopen. The autopen is used for proclamations and mass letters and things like that. So I think if we can learn more about the autopen and whether Joe Biden authorized it or not, this could lead to many of those executive orders being overturned in court.

Well, the letters have already been sent to the staff, as well as to Dr. O’Connor. So if we don’t receive a response within a week, then I would expect subpoenas to start going out.
