Sheriff Richard Mack is the founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), established in 2011 to educate law enforcement and citizens about constitutional authority. A former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona (1988–1996), Mack gained prominence for his role in a landmark 1997 Supreme Court case challenging the Brady Bill, affirming sheriffs’ rights to resist federal overreach. With over 20 years in law enforcement, including roles at the Provo Police Department and as a graduate of the FBI National Academy, he now travels nationwide, speaking and training on constitutional principles, individual liberty, and the role of sheriffs in protecting civil rights
