Josh McKoon is very angry. They are working to remove the problems. They removed BKP and the power structure from the top was able to maintain and keep going. After Trump’s win in November, no one was supposed to think about challenging him. He was supposed to assemble his supporting team. Debbie was working against the swamp but now she is the communications for the team. To continue the 15 year coverup, Jeff Dellamaggiora is running for treasurer against Laurie McClain. They have to get to where there aren’t any more questions about finances. There is a lot of smoke around Fulton county, Jeff D and Betsy Kramer. They want to be grassroots and unify as long as you submit. If you listen closely, Josh McKoon will alway say that “Paper ballots is the position of the party.” Now John Garst is Josh’s Karaoke partner who is a dominion lobbyist. Who recently got $19K from the GA GOP, for what? It has been five months since the election and no executive committee meeting. Josh didn’t have to put a plan together because he wasn’t going to have to fight for anything. No one was going to get out of line, fight with the governor and allow the party to just be ballot access.
Josh McKoon is an attorney. He never said the law reads only referring to a statute. He never said the law is on our side.
Fulton county commissioners will not approve the nominee from the republican party for the election board, American hero Jason Frazier who will never quit as the democrats continue to attack him. The American treasure is VoterGA and Garland Favorito. He lays out the rules and Fulton county’s own laws that they are not following to allow Jason Frazier and Julie Adams from being allowed on the election board. The lawmakers in Georgia have let the citizens down. They had an opportunity to codify the rules proposed.
The Fulton County democrats are celebrating their win. The AJC always says how we can help. Remember the power was completely taken away from the State election board and Ryan Germany became the Fulton County monitor without a vote from the SEB. Where was that chairman Josh McKoon in fighting back against the actions in Fulton County in October in front of the Gold Dome. Where was Josh McKoon and the numerous SEB meetings trying to pass the rules.
Once a GOP mission, voter eligibility challenges were taken up by democrat counties. Where could this be?? Fulton county and Gwinnett county. Fulton county will not take Jason Frazier and Julie Adams. Josh McKoon pulls his stunt.
VoterGA has the layout of what happened in Fulton County and explains their statutes and charter they are supposed to operate by. The law never in stone/mandate/requires them to take the nominees. Josh knows this but he can’t tell you this.
Last year would have been the time to act. Last year should have been the time for Josh to sit down with Brian Kemp, Burt Jones and Jon Burns in what the party is requiring. The SEB needed to be separated from the SOS. Instead of bragging about the good bill separating the SEB, removing GA from ERIC… but wait a minute we have all republican leadership… but we have a good bill.
If the republican party in your county, and you had a board of elections for a long time. You have your county rules and charter for that board of elections. Board of elections run locally in the county but they do not supersede the state election board under the secretary of state office who is the overseer of all the state elections. No matter how long you have had a board of elections, there has been an out for the board of commissioners. The only criteria is that they are legal to vote and live in the county. The board of commissioners have always had the right to tell the party no. They have never been required to take the nominee. A lot of charters say that the republicans can send two and the democrats send two and the commissioner gets one (the old rule). The commission can say no to the nominee.
Now you have counties that have new boards or have new rules in their county to take a known republican but it doesn’t come from the party. Josh has allowed this to happen. Josh knows the precedence that has happened and it is so convoluted that it will not stand up in court.
The 25 counties that had probate judges that oversaw the elections had to start an election board for the county. Changing the way the board is made up. The final authority is the commissioners. Why would a republican governor and a republican senate right the language to change the language of the election board to hurt our majorities. Why would they not fight for our election boards all around our state? There is nothing to fall back on.
