Driver 2 - Glitched Cop City

I did not actually use the "Law Enforcement Nightmare" cheat, but rather hex edited the save state and basically screwed up some stuff, as seen here. I hex edited the menu selections, so who knows what I did. You have to watch this video to understand what's actually going on, lol. Basically, there's a ton of cop cars using different engine noises. Simple as that. No cheats used, just hex editing.
