New Orleans Louisiana residents are claiming that a massive storm similar to Katrina could be approaching their city this year after manholes began levitating.

New Orleans natives claim that ‘this is a sign from the ancestors’ and that this same phenomenon was captured a few weeks before hurricane Katrina broke the levy.
