Lawsuit: Palm Beach County student hit in eye with baseball, suffers blindness

A parent is suing the School Board of Palm Beach County, claiming his son was hit in the eye during baseball practice and suffered permanent blindness in his left eye. According to the lawsuit, the student, identified as R.P., was at his high school team's baseball practice on or about April 30.
