Former housekeeper and nanny Linda David starts things off, followed by San Diego Police Officer Charlene Igo, and then a friend of Dan and Betty Broderick, Gail Forbes. Finally, we will hear testimony from security officer Orlando Podilla and former housekeeper and nanny Robin Tu'ua.

This trial is from 1991. Betty Broderick is on trial for the murders of her ex-husband, Dan Broderick, and his wife of six months, Linda Kolkena Broderick. It is alleged that she entered their home in the early morning hours of November 5, 1989, and shot both of them while they were in bed.
