This 87-acre facility combines high-performance automotive experiences with community-focused events, offering something for car enthusiasts and families alike.

Signature Events

M1 Concourse hosts a variety of signature events that celebrate automotive culture:

Woodward Dream Festival: A multi-day celebration honoring the legacy of the Woodward Dream Cruise, featuring immersive automotive activations and track experiences.

American Speed Festival: Showcasing historic and modern high-performance vehicles, this event celebrates the evolution of speed and includes the prestigious Checkered Flag Ball.

Cars Under the Stars Fireworks Spectacular: An annual event combining a dazzling fireworks display with a showcase of classic and modern vehicles.

In 2024, the venue hosted the Oakland County Sheriff Angels’ Night Trunk-or-Treat, attracting 5,500 families for a Halloween-themed event.
