Government Is A RICO Enterprise

The so-called "government" is a criminal RICO enterprise.

"A man cannot be the adjudicator of his own claim."

They send you to their state owned schools to teach you to memorize and follow orders.

(I went to private school last four years, thank you God.)

They make you believe you have to go to state licensed driving school, where they teach you how to register your car with the state and get a state license.

State owned DMV never discloses to you that you're entering a contract that lacks full disclosure of the terms.

The terms are, that you knowingly waive your rights and smile for the camera, and sign the contract that yes, you wish to become a commercial legal entity that will give up your liberty so that any officer can pull you over, even if they make sh*t up, and pilfer your wallet and impede your locomotion and freedom.

How can I terminate the contract by surrendering the license, but they won't let me out of it until it expires?

How is this remotely not covered in contract law because in United States v. Throckmorton, 98 U.S. 61 (1878), this Court held that:

“There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.”

Scott has not had a license for over 10 years yet in our traffic stop in TX in January, the cop said...."Have you EVER had a license?"

What does that tell you?

That if you EVER had one, THEY believe they have jurisdiction over you!

State licensed officer tickets you to attend a state court....or you can just pay.

Oh you want to go to court and not pay and fight?

State owned county clerk facilitates a state licensed judge and state employed prosecutor to enter you into state/county proceedings.

​State prosecutor never effectuates service.

State judge effectuates an arrest warrant.

State has no contract that compels you to perform though.

This is our fight.
I want this fight.

I will conquer this Goliath.

​The officer stated, that if ONLY I ID'd, I would have been home with tickets.

Tickets are easy to fight.

​I wanted the arrest, the unlawful arrest.

​I needed the meat for greater standing.

I will win and all glory, which is delicious, goes to God.

God brought me to this fight to terminate this ridiculous invasion of our liberty.

Exposing civil servants is our sport.
