Tapper: South Africa Doesn’t Release Statistics Based On Race, Blacks Are Mostly Victims Of This

Jake Tapper said to the South African reporter, “So Clement, let me, let me start with you. You say that your DC sources were right that the Trump administration had a plan to, quote, embarrass the president of South Africa. What did you make of today’s meeting?”

That’s laughably absurd. They expect us to swallow that a South African reporter’s mysterious “DC sources” revealed the Trump administration’s master plan to embarrass the South African president. That’s the narrative they’re shoving down our throats. Go ahead, Jake, repeat it two more times to drill it into our skulls. It’s not like we’ll notice the script.

The South African reporter Clement played along: “So what happened today, Jake, was actually what I was told is exactly going to happen.” Then he referenced a “Zelensky-like moment,” tying it to the narrative. He also showered the South African president with praise.

Wow, incredible! What happened today was exactly what his DC sources predicted. If you can’t see through this blatant setup by the media, the South African president, and this reporter, you’re not paying attention. Wake up and dig deeper.

Then Tapper blurted, “It used to be the greatest thing a world leader could achieve—not the greatest thing, but one of the most desired things—would be an Oval Office meeting with the president of the United States. Cameras there, people wanted that. And I wonder if Zelensky—and what happened today—might make that less desired…”

As he rambled, the female CNN reporter chimed in, “Right,” twice.

Hilarious. Tapper actually let that slip—claiming an Oval Office visit was the “greatest thing” for world leaders.

He was sort of tense, dismissive, cutting him off. But the South African president, to your point Clement, he did seem prepared. He was calm, he was almost friendly in tone. He smiled. He was very measured. He kept his cool. I am guessing he saw what happened with Zelensky, and he was prepared for it.”

Got that, everyone? Trump supposedly tried to ambush and embarrass the South African president, but the cool, calm, and collected leader was ready, smiling and measured, unfazed by Trump’s alleged trap.

Here’s another gem from this cozy fact-free sham. Tapper said: “So police data, um, from South Africa shows between October and December last year, there were 12 people killed in farm attacks. One was a farmer, five were farm dwellers, four were employees. We don’t know the race because South Africa doesn’t release statistics based on race. What I heard from the South African leaders today was there is too much violence, there is too much murder. But it’s not just whites, it’s also blacks. In fact, it’s mostly blacks who are the victims of this.”

Tapper admits South Africa doesn’t release race-based stats, yet they magically know “it’s mostly blacks” who are victims. This is just another talking point to downplay Trump’s focus on white farmers being slaughtered. This isn’t journalism—it’s a scripted hit job to smear Trump while ignoring the real bloodshed.
