Try this Scotch Egg-inspired pastry that's easy, tasty, and satisfying.

📌 Ingredients:

● 1 soft-boiled egg (yolk slightly runny 🍳)

● 1 slice of ham or bacon 🥓

● 1 sheet of puff pastry

● Salt & pepper to taste

● Optional: Cheese or herbs 🧀🌿

📌 Steps:

1) Boil the egg for 6-7 minutes, then peel carefully.

2) Wrap the egg with ham or bacon.

3) Encase the wrapped egg in puff pastry and seal the edges.

4) Brush with egg wash and sprinkle pepper or seasoning.

5) Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
