"You said that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. People don’t believe it.

Kash Patel: Well, I mean, they have a right to their opinion.
But as someone who has worked as a public defender, as a prosecutor, who has been in that prison system,
who has been in the Metropolitan Detention Center, who has been in solitary confinement cells,
you know how to recognize a suicide when you see one. And that’s what happened.

He committed suicide.
Do you want me to say it again? I’ve seen the entire file. He committed suicide."

Recently, FBI Director Kash Patel publicly confirmed that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in 2019 while being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York. During an interview on Fox News alongside FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, Patel stated: “You know a suicide when you see one, and that’s what happened,” citing his experience as a public defender and prosecutor. Bongino backed the statement, noting that after reviewing the full case file, he found no evidence of foul play.

Mark Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, also criticized Patel’s claims, arguing that the FBI director was not present at the scene nor involved in the autopsy, and therefore has no grounds to confirm the suicide. Mark maintains that there are multiple indications pointing to possible external involvement in his brother’s death.

Despite the controversy and ongoing conspiracy theories, both Patel and Bongino continue to assert that the available evidence supports the conclusion that Epstein took his own life.
