7 Wonders of the Ancient World (PS2 - 2007) Free Play & Rune Quest modes

Playing through the Story mode unlocks the stages as you complete them to be able to be played in Free Play and Rune Quest modes. Free Play just has you building one wonder. Rune Quest has you match a number of the given colors, trying for better times.
A match-3 game where you have to build the 7 Ancient Wonders of the World and unlock an 8th Wonder by both clearing the entire board of the building blocks beneath the gems as well as lowering capstones and cornerstones off the bottom of the board. This would likely be classified as shovelware.
