Gov. DeSantis says anti-swatting bill will help protect ‘conservative media personalities’

"The bill I'm signing today will increase penalties for people making these bogus police reports. If you SWAT, you are going to get hit with serious criminal offenses... this has enhanced criminal penalties across the board [and for] repeat offenders."
