Ingredients

2 Eggs

½ cup Chopped Spinach

â…“ cup Shredded Mozzarella

¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded mozzarella.

Pour the mixture evenly into muffin cups.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until set.
