The principal landowners are the Seib Family and the family of Curran Miller Auction Company on pristine farm land near Baseline Road and Interstate 69. Several projects are identified by Orion Renewable Energy Group, LLC and the private- public partnerships to obtain tax credits from Indiana State government and profitability of selling the solar project to utility companies. The blue property parcels represent the acreage committed for solar panels.

The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved the Solar agenda in Indiana.
