He thought there was a HIDDEN CONTRACT and almost turned me away

I got into a bit of a pickle at this house. I knocked on the door and offered to clean the driveway completely free. The owner was a little bit skeptical and thought that I would try to make him sign a contract. I told him I’n not trying to do that and then I explained my whole process to him. He said I could do the work so I went ahead and got started. So, I got my Hotsy pressure washer out and got to work. This driveway probably took me all day because of how big it was. Plus there were multiple spots that had major drainage issues and the water kept pooling up. Luckily, I had my squeegee to push the water away the best that I could.
