The tornado was confirmed on radar just two minutes prior, at 6:22pm, as it moved near Madison, heading east at 35 mph.

Officials warned: "You are in a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!" and reported a "deadly tornado" currently on the ground.

"You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter.
