Boat Captain Stopped On Saint Johns River And Confused!

On 06/07/2024 Saint Johns County Florida, Four men were out on a tiny boat when Florida Fish And wildlife approached them for safety inspection. The Captain Showed Signs of impairment after telling officer He had 5 or 6 beers.
He was arrested charged with BUI and Refusal to submit A breath test . charges was later reduced to Reckless operation of a Vessel.
