Info from Licensor: "Every weekend at the Ft. Lauderdale Farmers Market we have special events. Including Professional Dog Training sessions in the park. The little female dog in this video enjoys skateboarding, alongside her trainer, but this particular weekend she was wearing a dress and Lighted Angel wings! Being a vendor, when I saw her coming up the street, I immediately grabbed my phone to video, but I didn't know the wings were battery operated!"
