In this video, I cover some of the quirks and nuances associated with developing a load for the new Norma/RRP 94gr MIL/LE Frangible/Lead-Free projectiles, why I ultimately landed on a particular powder, tooling setup, and the test methods and platforms used. Please note: THESE ARE FAIRLY NEW TO THE MARKET, SO ANY DATA CURRENTLY OUT THERE IS ON A REFERENCE BASIS ONLY. LOADING FOR THESE IS STILL AN EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE. USE CAUTION WHEN PROCEEDING.
