Keto Indian-Style Butter Chicken

Rich, creamy, and full of bold Indian spices, this keto-friendly butter chicken is the perfect comfort meal. Enjoy it with cauliflower rice or on its own for a low-carb dinner that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Butter

5g Minced Ginger

10g Minced Garlic

10g Minced Shallots

2 tsp Tomato Paste

2 tsp Curry Powder

½ cup Chicken Stock

100g Chicken Breast, diced

2 tbsp Heavy Cream

Fresh Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add ginger, garlic, and shallots. Sauté until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste and curry powder. Cook for about a minute.

Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

Add the diced chicken and cook for about 10 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
