Gratitude helps us all to shift perspective. However, sometimes the idea of sitting down to journal is just so unappealing. Maybe you just don't like journaling. This talks about taking time each morning and night to list at least five things that you're grateful for. As you start listing things to be grateful for, more and more things should, hopefully come to mind. This is an option for those who don't want to journal.
