Sat in on a home inspection today, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The buyer’s a contractor, huge win since I have a friend in the middle of a remodel who needed someone reliable. Plus, the inspector was solid, super thorough, and just a good guy to know. Definitely added him to my go to vendors list. I love when real estate connects the right people at the right time!
