Keira may have lost her case. but she’s not done fighting.

The highly controversial fku tests - the same tests being abolished and replaced with the new bill tomorrow - played a critical factor in the decision. even with the new bill arriving, there are questions if this will end the discrimination Inuit families face when at risk of losing their children in denmark. the fact that the new bill didn’t bear any weight on the decision proves that point. it also must be said that being Inuit is a key factor that puts so many parents on the municipality’s radar with in the first place.
