Marvel is Race-Swapping Professor X in MCU According to Latest Rumors

New rumors are circulating that Marvel is looking to cast a black man as Professor X for the upcoming X-Men movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, MCU.

So far, we don’t have many details for the new take on the X-Men, but many are speculating what the studio has in store for the franchise. This wouldn’t be the first time Marvel has decided to race-swap a character for the MCU, but Charles Xavier, Professor X, would probably be the most well-know character to get such a treatment. If true it would likely cause a lot of division in the fanbase with a majority likely choosing to skip the future movie. We would likely get a rehash of the racist allegations that always come up whenever the studio is trying to defend against legitimate criticism, but fans stopped caring about such allegations and would probably just sit back and laugh at the failure if it does happen.
