Ingredients

3 tbsp Almond Flour

¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Egg Yolk

Pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cheddar cheese, egg yolk, and black pepper.

Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.

Flatten the dough between two sheets of parchment paper using a rolling pin.

Cut into biscuit shapes and prick holes using a fork.

Transfer onto the baking sheet and bake for 6–8 minutes or until golden.
