In this video, Sergeant Bain 37370 from Northeast Division arrives on scene to learn about the illegal street closure of L Ron Hubbard Way that Scientology had done for over a month. Sergeant Bain also learns about the child trafficking that Scientology does and is educated about the lack of fire lane access.
