LAPD Officers Barajas and Castro Harass Protesters And Lie On Behalf Scientology 6-16-2024

On June 16, 2024 at approximately 2pm, LAPD Northeast Division Officers Alexis Barajas De Villar 44460 and Justin Castro 41320 arrive on scene at Scientology building on Catalina Street in Los Angeles and proceed to harass ‪@EthicsAndEngineering‬ on behalf of Scientology.

Officers Alexis Barajas De Villar 44460 and Justin Castro 41320 lie by stating that Scientology has permits all while failing to provide permits to block the easement.

Formal complaints were filed against Officers Alexis Barajas De Villar 44460 and Justin Castro 41320.

The reason stated on the complaints are as follows:

1. Negligence of duties and harassment by Garcia 45732 and Fernando Galindo 41803.
2. Failure to identify and unlawful solicitation of a trespass enacted by Alexis Barajas De Villar 44460 and Justin Castro 41320.

The complaint number filed against Fernando Galindo and Garcia is CF# 24-002770.

The complaint number filed against Alexis Barajas De Villar 44460 and Justin Castro 41320 is CF# 24-002772.

These complaints pertain to incidents that occurred at the Church of Scientology Big Blue building on Fountain Avenue occurring on June 16. The first incident involved Garcia 45732 and Fernando Galindo 41803 at approximately 12:50am and the second incident involved Alexis Barajas De Villar 44460 and Justin Castro 41320 at approximately 2pm.

Scientology falsely alleged vandalism occurred without ever providing evidence, despite these 4 officers all showing up on scene and never once stating that crime had occurred and never once making an arrest.
