LAPD Officers Galindo 41803 and Garcia 45732 Lie For Scientology A Second Time And Harass 6-16-2024

This is the second interaction where LAPD Northeast Division Officers Garcia 45732 and Fernando Galindo 41803 arrive on scene at Catalina St, next to Fountain Avenue at approximately 1:52AM June 16, 2024 due to a false call placed by Scientology in an attempt to harass, intimidate, and threaten protesters.

This time, YouTuber ‪@EthicsAndEngineering‬ gets told by Fernando Galindo 41803 that anyone who requests a PPA (Private Persons Arrest) is immediately entitled to have officers execute the arrest, which is objectively false.

Garcia 45732 and Fernando Galindo 41803 never provided the permit they stated existed and were written up on formal complaints of negligence and harassment later in August 2024.

The complaint number filed against Fernando Galindo and Garcia is CF# 24-002770.
