Man saves drowning tiger cub then mother tiger does shocking thing to him

As dusk fell over the damp forest, Marcus, a passionate conservationist, suddenly heard a writhing sound coming from deep within the forest.
Listening more closely, he realized it was the faint, desperate cry of a creature in need of help.
Marcus followed the sound, weaving through the dense trees and damp walls, his heart beating rapidly as if urging him forward.
Coming to a murky puddle, he was surprised to see a tiger cub struggling, almost exhausted in its feeble attempt to swim.
Looking around the area, Marcus saw the mother tiger trapped by an iron trap fastened to the base of a tree, growling helplessly.
