Taipa - Macau

Macau is a city in the Far East where the East and the West meet, and where the Portuguese have lived for more than four hundred years. European architecture, churches, and lifestyle can be seen everywhere, but also very much in Southeast Asian style. On December 20, 1999, the sovereignty of Macau was transferred to China.
