Newcomb recorded the motorcyclemen, said it was off the record and he wasn't writing a book, then wrote a book on it.
His son gave Larry Rivera the tapes, he put them in the attic for a while if I understood right, and after some time wrote his book the horsemen in 2017 or 2018.
This corroborates the original witness testimony that the limo stopped and various things happened that were removed from the films, all of which went through the gov, and it gives more details.
