For the Motherland! Thank you for joining me on the 5th recording of Call of Duty: Finest Hour Enhanced Edition. After a month long break we are ready to move some METAL! I have a new 9070 XT in hand and have tested the AV-1 encoding for streaming and recording. In my experience it is just as good as H.265 and at a lower bit rate. Just like we have all read. Now we look over Nikolai Badanov shoulder while he and his pals make tracks!
