POTATO SALAD
6 - 7 cup cooked and sliced potatoes
1 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Dressing -
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbls apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbls mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Mix Dressing together
Combine dressing with potatoes, celery, onions and eggs
Put in a covered container and refrigerate 12 - 24 hours.
If it is too wet after refrigeration add more potatoes and refrigerate for another 8 hours.
Garnish with parsley or with hard boiled egg slices and enjoy.
