Venezuelan migrant Carlos Morillo, who helped many migrants enter the United States through his human trafficking network and the CBP One app scam, has self-deported to Venezuela the same way he came in—illegally—and he is still posting videos about helping migrants leave and enter the U.S. illegally, bragging about assisting migrants who want to traffic their own children across the borders of many countries in South and Central America by getting them a discounted price, or even free if they're younger.
