Toyota 1GR Oil control valves testing

This is my 2006 Toyota Tacoma, with a 1GR. It has been having a problem with the passenger bank VVT-i phaser operation. Upon digging into the engine for a timing cover re-sealing, and cam phaser investigation, I found some form of material wedged in the passage of the passenger oil control valve. Here is the simple testing between both to give a reference of normal operation to failed.

The passenger Oil control valve is an SMP brand.
