FAA officials and airlines met again Thursday to discuss cutting flight volumes, citing not enough controllers to manage the growing traffic. The Trump administration has unveiled a plan to modernize the air traffic control system within four years. But controllers and travellers are demanding quicker action to ensure passenger safety.
