Technography, The Social Networking Power Of The Holy Spirit"

Years ago I had been in a meeting with a group of Asian leaders and the subject was the future. Then one night, while I was asleep, the Lord gave me a dream and in it I was teaching at Harvard University where I wrote a name on the chalkboard "Technography." While I continued my lecture I noticed that there were two professors sitting in the back of classroom auditing the class. In the dream I realized that I was addressing a very auspicious group of young students on a lesson I was really not an expert on. But when I looked closer at the two professors I suddenly saw they were really angels so I asked them if I had spelled the word correctly. They smiled and said, "Richard, yes, everything is just fine".

The morning after the dream I looked up the word on the Internet and discovered that someone at Harvard University had taught on the subject “social technography.” They even included a presentation that explained how social networks were formed. (This all happened around the time of the early founding of Facebook.) That experience stuck with me as I have watched Facebook become a more prominent voice in Internet communications. Last week I visited the subject of technography again because Timothy Snodgrass was prophesying about what God would be doing in the near future. Then, a visiting prophet, Gershom Sikaala, began performing supernatural acts in the Spirit and suddenly God showed me that what I was seeing was spiritual social technocracy happen before my eyes.

Sometimes things that happen in the Spirit are much too complex for us humans to even try to express in our own language. For example, Leonardo da Vinci wrote in his notebook that many of the visions he saw were so complicated that he had to express them by drawings and paintings because the were no words in contemporary communication that could adequately describe what he had seen in his mind’s eye. That’s why he drew pictures of helicopters, submarines, encrypting machines, and so on, because there were no words in the Italian language to begin to express the magnitude of what had been divinely revealed to him.

Now we come to the explanation of what I saw in the Holy Ghost regarding operating with social technography. When you join Facebook, you find it has the ability to search your iPhone (or your computer) for your complete mailing list, and then send emails to all your friends ~ whether you like it or not. God spoke to me that the Holy Spirit does this operation automatically with the blessings of God when a person is touched by the power of God.

The search engine of the Holy Spirit of God scans your spirit, and all of the people you are connected with, and instantaneously gets spiritual downloads about their lives. Because you are anointed, so is everyone else in your oikos (the Greek word for networking). And we will become even more anointed as we continue submitting our personal wills to the will of the Father. To put it another way, your consistent flow with the Spirit of God gives God permission to use your personal linking with everyone you know in order to transfer blessings down the line to those receivers.

I believe that the spiritual social networking power, or the operation of technography, was first introduced on the day of Pentecost, Acts 2:41, where it states, "Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls." If you have an opportunity to look at the Greek text, you’ll find it implies that the social networking was heard by the linking of the gladness in people’s hearts with the hunger that was present in the connections with other disciples. I believe this is the literal description of technography.

The software programming of the Holy Spirit is much more clear and accurate than the most advanced computers and software. This is because God uses a very sophisticated firewall system to protect your spiritual communications. To have your firewall completely installed you must be operating in the nine fruits of the Spirit. Though they appear to only be software actions that are outgoing, they also filter out incoming attacks in your communications. The fruits of the Spirit are very complex interacting filtering devices that allow your spirit to be protected against improper influences.

For example, if I am operating on an activity that is using the fruit of longsuffering and somebody comes to me and says, “Oh guess what? If you will just do what I tell you, your suffering will end.” But the fruit of longsuffering naturally filters this kind of communication, first by letting me know that waiting is not a bad thing; and secondly, by discerning whether there are strings attached to the person’s answer (e.g., loan payments, loss of ownership, or some other kind of control) that were not ordained by the Lord. The result of this filtering device lets me know if the answer was introduced to me by the enemy. As you can readily imagine, this is only one scenario of thousands (maybe even more than that) of situations that could lead to disaster in your life. But no worries! You're saved by the intricate working of wisdom in the Holy Spirit's firewall around you!

The technology of the Holy Spirit is just beginning to be revealed to us and I’m excited because I'm sure we will have many more conversations on this issue in the months ahead ~ as we continue to deal with God's divine Renaissance.
