White Audi A4 License DANH-893 Illegally parks on bike infrastructure and then sidewalk

The mechanic was not happy. I wasn't either. We both yelled at the son of a bitch, who didn't move their vehicle off of the sidewalk (mechanic likely banged on their window and made them move).
Seemed like they were also driving impaired.
