The Cerruti Cipher | Inside 33 Thomas | "Winter Kills" Disclosed NSA Building in 1979

Ever wonder what's up with that building in New York City that has no windows & everyone talked about what it actually was?

Turns out...it never really was a secret despite The Intercept's 'disclosure' of it being connected to the NSA. Which says to me there is something even deeper going on there...

Keep in mind...Anthony Perkins (Norman Bates in Psycho) plays John Cerutti. He plays a character that sort of 'rules from the middle'...by virtue of being at the main nerve center of intelligence gathering...and they go as far as to show 33 Thomas, which in 1979, as far as I know, had 'not' been disclosed as an intelligence gathering location. It was considered an emergency switch (MTSO) for multiple telcomm providers in the event of a nuclear attack...a backup plan for keeping our communications going

Turns out...even if it 'was' that, it was also an NSA center...not really a surprise I suppose but why did they flaunt this openly in 1979 when the building was only finished construction in 1974...did they not want the secret kept?
