Ingredients (Serves 1)

¼ cup broccoli florets

3 eggs

¼ cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tbsp butter

Pinch of salt

Pinch of paprika

Procedure

Lightly brush a heat-proof dish with butter.

Crack eggs into a bowl and beat well with salt and paprika.

Stir in the cheddar cheese until well combined.
