Post-Conditioning Leg Small Workout

2x exercises for a 10x total sets quick & dirty Small Workout i began with slightly heavier than usual Rear-Foot Elevated Split Squats. I intended to do these in the 5-7 rep range but they ended up 10+ reps/set for all 5x sets

Then, I completed the Small Workout with 5x sets of 20+ Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raises
